By accessing or using this website or enrolling in our services (driving lessons, courses, packages), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not use our website or services.
You must be of the legal age in your jurisdiction or have parental / guardian consent to register for services. You confirm your information is accurate and lawful.
We provide driving instruction, road test preparation, Beginner Driver Education (BDE) and other related services, as described on our website. We may change, discontinue, or modify offerings at our discretion.
All content on the website (text, logos, images, designs) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other rights.
Our services, website, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind (express or implied). We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising out of or relating will be resolved in the courts of Ontario (or another jurisdiction as appropriate). Parties may seek to resolve through negotiation or mediation first.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time, with notice (e.g. via website). Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
